Booking deposit

When you book an appointment, a deposit is normally payable. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or rearrange your appointment with at least 48 working hours' notice, your deposit can be put towards another treatment. If you do not attend, or give less than 48 working hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

This system helps us avoid unnecessary or last-minute bookings that waste valuable clinic time, and it is a standard part of arranging a private consultation.

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. LA DERMA operates a 48 working hour cancellation policy.

Packages or course of treatment

If you are partway through a course of treatment as part of a package and you fail to attend, or give less than 48 working hours' notice to cancel or change the appointment, that treatment will be forfeited.

Children

We do not provide treatment to children or to young people under the age of 18.

Payment

Before any treatment begins, you will be told the full cost of the proposed and agreed treatment plan, including the cost of any maintenance treatment.

Payment is taken in full at the time of treatment, and any deposit paid will be credited against the cost of treatment at that point.

LA DERMA accepts cash and most major debit and credit cards.

Information

  • To secure an appointment, every patient must supply contact details, including a postal address, telephone number and email address.

  • At your first appointment you will complete a medical history form. This is an essential and integral part of the consultation and helps us confirm that treatment is suitable for you.

  • All information is treated in the strictest confidence and is protected in line with data protection legislation.

  • We will not share patient information with third parties without your written permission, and you will not receive unsolicited communications from us.

  • You can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing.

Refunds

The fees you pay cover the delivery of treatment following a full consultation process, drawing on the practitioner's expertise and carefully researched treatments and products. While we are committed to providing an excellent service alongside honest, factual and ethical advice, we cannot guarantee particular results and are unable to offer refunds where the outcome does not meet your expectations.

All packages must be paid for in full before treatment begins.

Packages

If a client does not arrive for their appointment, or gives less than 48 working hours' notice of cancellation, that session will be deducted from any course in progress.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange an appointment for you to be seen.
